We offer the following shipping methods:

We offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount. The minimum order value for free shipping is also shown during the order process.

3. Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and delivery location selected. In general, the following delivery times apply:

  • Standard shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express shipping: 1-3 working days

Please note that delivery times may be extended in case of high order volume or unforeseen events. You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

5. Shipping partner

We work with various shipping service providers to ensure fast and reliable delivery. These include DHL, FedEx and UPS. The exact shipping service provider is selected depending on the shipping method and delivery location.

If there are any delays in your delivery, we will inform you immediately by email. We make every effort to deliver all orders on time, but cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays caused by our shipping partners.
